Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council works closely with the pastor to guide the parish regarding the needs and services of the parish. Jean Schleis is the chairperson.
Finance Council
The Finance Council reviews and oversee the finances of the parish and fundraising. They also prepare and monitor the annual budget. Kristi Buhr is the chairperson.Worship Committee
The Worship Committee works jointly with St. Joseph’s Parish. They serve to assist and enhance liturgical celebrations throughout the Church year according to the liturgical seasons and our own parish customs. The committee coordinates the various Mass ministers. The chairperson is Monica Winnekens.Faith Formation Board
Our Faith Formation board is the driving force behind religious educational programming. They oversee parish programming and are a guiding focus for the Faith Formation Coordinator.Maintenance Committee
This group oversees the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and grounds. They work with our parish maintenance employee to identify and act on matters of safety. St. James Maintenance Committee welcomes new members with skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. They meet as needed throughout the year. John Heiser is the chairperson.
