2025 - 2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT NEEDS

- The CHURCH ROOF is in dire need of replacement. Signs of leakage are visible in the attic, but moisture has not yet penetrated the church interior. Additionally, the steeple needs new roofing, which will entail removing the asbestos that is there now.
- The RECTORY ROOF is in poor condition, having sprung a few leaks into the attic recently. This project was completed in late 2025 before the cold weather set in.
- The need for AIR CONDITIONING for the church became evident to a new level this past summer when heat and humidity were high. The hope is to have it installed before summer 2026.
