When St. Joseph's Parish took on this project to refurbish our stained glass windows, the committee thought that it would take several years to complete, but our parishioners showed a grand willingness to invest in the long term future of our beautiful church. Window restoration began with the Nativity window in September 2013. Then, the Saint Wenceslaus as King in November 2013 when the Nativity window was returned. In May 2014, the Saint Wenceslaus king window was returned and the St. Dominic and Saint Wenceslaus of Bohemia windows came next and were completed in June 2014/August. Jesus knocking on the door window was restored August 2014. The last three, big windows were removed in December 2014 and then returned in spring 2015. Each window cost $11,376.00. An enormous thank you to our parishioners and other contributors for supporting this refurbishment project!
